The mission of the JOHN MUIR Academy is to develop, promote and deliver programs that contribute to the education of students located in South Central Wisconsin. Programs offered by the Academy provide meaningful professional development opportunities that allow teachers to t­each other teachers current best practices and pedagogical ideas, techniques and innovations. As of today's date 3,062 Teachers have received this excellent training - come join us and make this your year to excel!

While you browse through the JOHN MUIR Academy offerings know that as a participant you should select one session to attend for the entire week. Please make a second selection in the event your first session choice has been filled.

We are happy to announce participants will have the option of receiving one, two, or three graduate credits from Viterbo University or Edgewood College. For fees and charges, please refer to Expenses/Credits.
